We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Paypal. We accept orders online or over the phone (01527 559205) , Postal Money Orders or cheques made payable to CAMONETS LTD. Please allow time for cheques to clear.
We aim to send your purchase within 2 business days, usually less. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible. We can not be held responsible for delays due to the Courier Service or Post Office Royal Mail. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery.
UK Delivery: Standard Mainland Delivery costs £3.99 per order. Very Small Orders under total value of £5.99 will be charged at £3.99 postage. All items are shipped with either Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Your order can also be sent for delivery before 12 noon or on a Saturday, for an extra charge, as applied by the courier service. Please contact us for details. Next working day by Noon costs an additional £6 and a Saturday delivery costs an extra £14. These 2 services are available on Mainland UK only.
Please Note: Customers from overseas or outside the UK may be required to pay an additional postage supplement. If there is an additional cost we will always contact you via email to advise.
Returns & Exchanges:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If this is not the case, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our Customer Care number is 01527 559205. If you wish to return your items, you must do so within 7 days of receiving them and at your own costs. Items must be returned in new condition: unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all the instructions. You can choose a refund or an exchange.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, It can be returned for a full exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your items, please make sure you enclose a copy of your order or the following information:name, address, and telephone number – order number – list of items returned and reason for returning – what you would like us to do (refund / exchange). We recommend that you use recorded delivery, please contact your Post Office for advice. No return or exchange on sales outside the European Union. The Special Delivery upgrade and Gift wrapping options are non-refundable services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, email address. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Please Note: WE DO NOT keep customers credit car details on file. Card details are deleted after payment has been taken.
